Birth
A birth doula is a professional support person trained in the needs of the family during pregnancy and
childbirth. The doula offers non-judgmental support, guidance, evidence-based
education and practical hands-on support during childbirth, including comfort
measures.
There are different packages and investments for each family needs.
As birth doula, I support many different moms with many different births such as home, hospital, birthing center, vaginal, vbac, induced, c-section, etc.
nursing
Educating, encouraging and supporting moms through the journey of Breastfeeding.
These services are provided for current and past clients.
Some packagings come with breastfeeding support and some do not. This can be an add on service to client packagings, if desired.
Postpartum
A professional support person trained in the needs of the family in the days, weeks and months after birth or the addition of a new baby. The doula offers non-judgmental support, guidance, evidence based education and practical hands-on support immediately after birth through the first year.
